- Must be able to physically climb tower
- Responsible in assisting crew leader on ground
- Following instructions of crew leader and completing assigned work as per market standards
- Performing physical labor on site under supervision of crew leader. ( trenching,
- Inspect and make sure all crew gear is up to date
- Be able to operate winch/capstan on site
- Salary up to $75,000.00 per year depending on experience
