Responsibilities:
- Must be able to physically climb tower
- Official Rullex representative on site must have intermediate communication skills, at the very least.
- In charge of all site activities to be compliant with Rullex, client, market policies and guidelines.
- Must be able to read and understand basic construction documents (CDs, RFDS, MA, SA)
- Responsible for completion of all site ground/civil/L&A work as per construction drawings(CDs)
- Oversee correct completion of ground/civil work as per construction drawings (CDs)
- Sweep tests
- Fiber tests
- PIM tests
- Grounding, wire connections, electrical work, conduit work
- All client CM communications
- Daily bridge login/logout
- Landlord/ tower owner daily login/logout
- Site pre/post health status reports
- All written/safety documentation (JSA, JHA, rigging plan, NTP, Rooftop safety plan, Emergency service locator, etc.)
- Instructing and enforcing crew on site about all safety related measures
- Responsible for providing daily report of site activities to Rullex PC/PM
- Inspect and make sure all crew gear is up to date
- To be able to replace and complete duties of any other crew member on site.
- Be able to operate and work with man lift, crane, excavator, and other heavy equipment that might be required to complete construction
- Be able to operate winch/capstan on site
